Ingredients
- Hnýfill fish cakes
- 2 onions
- 50–80 g butter
- 3 tbsp oil
- Boiled potatoes to serve
Method
- Heat the fish cakes according to their packaging.
- Peel, halve and thinly slice the onions.
- Warm the butter and oil in a deep pan. Soften the onions over medium heat for about 10 minutes without browning.
- Serve the cakes with the onion butter and boiled potatoes.
